By installing, accessing, or using Skool CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Skool CRM is a Chrome extension that helps users capture, organize, and enrich contact information from Skool.com communities. The Service includes:
Some features require creating an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
You agree to use Skool CRM only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
You are solely responsible for the data you capture and how you use it. Ensure you have appropriate consent or legal basis for collecting and processing personal information.
If you process personal data of EU residents, you must comply with GDPR. Skool CRM provides tools for data management, but compliance is your responsibility.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Skool CRM uses a "Bring Your Own Keys" model. When you use enrichment features, you connect your own API keys from third-party services (Perplexity, TryKitt, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
Integrations with Instantly.ai, HeyReach, and other platforms require your own accounts and API access. We are not responsible for issues with third-party services.
Skool CRM offers free and paid subscription plans. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. Refund requests after 14 days are handled case-by-case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Enrichment API costs (Perplexity, TryKitt, etc.) are charged directly by those providers to your account. Skool CRM does not charge markup on API usage.
Skool CRM, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in court.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
